I am growing this batch out with grindel worms. They are a small group of about 25-30 fry. I did not feed them BBS instead I started them on microworms. The mystery and spinx snails liked that treat as well They are now eating grindel worms which are the perfect size for the tiny mouths. As you can see in the above picture the white worms & CBWs are still too big for them. The family is in a semi planted tank and so far so good. I did get 4 throwbacks in the batch cause like in the last pic above 4 have stress bars and a distinctive black bar through the eyes. Wonder what they will look like? I will keep you posted as to how they grow out.

Thanks Kenny! Yes it is nice to see the fry swimming all around the plants. It looks so natural and so far so good, I have not lost any yet. Took the female a while to get it right and now she is a great Mom. The male already raised fry but she had not.
My question is the barred fry in the last picture, what will he look like as an adult? Out of the two batches I raised, I never had any throwbacks before and now I have 4 of them LOL

    Frank,
My guess is that the barred fry will be RT's. Congrats on the spawn!
