    Default STITCH LINE

Can some one enlighten me on what I call the stitch line on discus. The first photo is a Red Dragon, the second a Honey Mellon.

    Thanks for any response.

    Highfive,
I believe that what you are referring to is the lateral line. Check out this article in out library

Thanks Peter. As a newbie, it shows I have a lot to learn.

You know what I love about Simply Discus? That everyone I have met here... whether brand new or years of experience is willing to keep learning. I only knew where to look for your answer because I had a similar question in the past. Somewhere on here there is a really nice illustration pointing out all of the parts of the Discus anatomy ... if I find it I will send it to you. Good luck with this new wonderful hobby!

I feel the same way you do Peter. Simply Discus is a gold mine for a newbie.
