Hi All.
I recieved an e-mail from earthlink webmaster that my personal webpage had too much traffic and will temporarily shut down.
Where and how do I publish my site.
Thank you

well it looks like it's time to move on to a REAL webpage host. I thought that Al was hosting webpages on this server...... if I'm mistaken (which is likely the case) their's plenty of webpage hosting services.

Hi Rick,
You are 100 % correct ... We do offer various Hosting packages here . If anyone is interested in these, please contact either Ryan or myself.
Thanks for Remembering us Rick!

Web hosting comes in a variety of flavors. It's all about determining what your needs are, and what you want to get out of your website.
Geocities and Angelfire offer free hosting, but with that comes pop-ups and/or banner ads. This is how they keep their service free. You also have to use the domain name they give you, rather than a personalized one. For a fee, I think you can upgrade your Geocities and Angelfire accounts to get more space and personalized domain names.
There are tons of places online to get web hosting for a fee. We offer a couple packages. For hobbyist/basic sites, our packages are basically dirt cheap. I used to pay $30 monthly for 700 megs of storage and 2 gigs of bandwidth -- space-wise, that's nothing, really. I was blowing a lot of money on very little space.
It all boils down to preference, and what works for you.

I wouldn't go with any of the "Free" hosts......you really do get what you pay for. Pay nothing=get nothing.
