You gotta start somewhere. Good Luck and looking forward to the progress pictures. A small piece of advice from someone who didn't know better 18 years ago. Plan for moisture. Use a dehumidifier or air exchanger or something. Consult a pro. It will save a lot of trouble down the road. Have fun, Paul.

KD- Thanks this is a fun project I have been planning for a long time.
Paul- Thanks for the advise, I actuallly have a dehumidifier and I also plan on painting the room with a paint that has an anti mold formula added. In addition I will have 3 windows to help with with air movement. ;D

We are now ready to pour the footing. Just a little bit of concrete, 200 80lb bags!
