    Oracle,
I would guess a variation of Alenquer Obidos or Trombetas Red.....at any rate, great shape and color.

    Hi Lee,
Thanks for the info. Can you confirm that they're really what you said they were?
I have to get a name for them. Otherwise it's a shame breeding them and not knowing their name.
I'll post the mother's pic. soon.
BTW, those in the pics. are 10 months old and their sizes are from 4.5" going to 5.5".
    Thanks dude.........

As promised, here are some pics. of the mother.
Too bad the father had died 2 months ago. BTW, the father looked a little bit like the first pic. above.

So, there goes the mom's pics. She is 3+ years old. She had successfully spawned 3 times. There were 13 pcs altogether that came along with the mom. Sadly, she was the only one who survived.
The father died 2months ago due to some mysterious disease. Too bad, I hadn't got my digicam at that time.
So, the ones that need IDing are 10 months old. Some of them have 9 stress bars on their bodies while some have 13 on them. Their sizes ranges from 4+" to almost 6". The father looked a bit loke some of them.
So guys, I really need your help in IDing my stock. At least I have a name to give them........................

To me Oracle, they are some sort of cross maybe between a Alenquer and a Snakeskin from your 1st pic. 13 bars sounds like snakeskin gene's to me, all the same nice round and healthy looking to me. Great job. ;D ;D ;D Jim

    Tanx Jim,
They do have snakeskin genes considering the father had 13 stress bars. Maybe you were right in saying they are Alenquer cross Snakeskin because I myself thought so in the first place. It's just that I was too afraid to admit it for fear that people might think that I'm giving the wrong name to the wrong strain. So now, at least I have someone who thinks like I do, I mean, their strains.
    Tanx again, Jim..........
