Well... i would think the first one is from the 3 Gorges in China.
(The little graphic signature at the end of your post might have have what gave it away)

Nice Pics! I would love to be able to take pictures like that. Unfortunately i sold my SLR last month, and i'm not sure when i can afford a digtal SLR.
