Hello everyone, I went to Walmart today to find knox gelatin but couldnt find it. I asked a person that worked there and she looked at me like I was speaking jibberish. Where could I purchase knox gelatin? thanks

Yes, I believe it is used in baking and canning, so try in that area of the grocery store (look for a clerk that looks like they know how to cook, LOL)!
You can ask for the "jello" section. hth.
May be in the imported foods isle if your store has one of those. Not all stores carry it.

Some of the ingrediants may be imported but Knox Gelatin is made in the US,
it may variously be found in the diet section, baking, or jello section, depending on the store,

I think your problem is shopping at Wally world LOL I don't use any geletine in my beefheart. I don't think it's nessesary. look at the beefheart mixes in the food thread. My reciope is there. Holds together just fine until eaten. Ken
