Angie you have Angels in with your Discus?? Or no?? I had heard that Angels have like hidden diseases that can cause probs with discus and itz best to keep them separate~


So.........after months together, I separated them...I only have one, but she is sooooooo big....I love her... I was trippin that she is too big for that 10gal tank, so i put her in the 55gal i just put up, in with the four discus from Cary.....

But i got paranoid...and worried....plus she got so F* mean to them! I couldnt take it~so i took her back out~

Hi ya girlie...


Here's how it went with the angels. They were fine in the tank. A bit more aggressive than discus but just right combination (age and size) to live with them. I had an outbreak of some sort... one, two, three angels (all belonging to my daughter because she loves angelfish) began to disappear. I traced my steps to only find out that a bottle of old spring water was sitting on the tank and I figured I'd pour it into the tank. Being top swimmers, those angels began drinking almost right away thinking I fed them food. The rest is history. I forgot that springwater is old and was drunken by a sick child!!! Yes, it's true...humans can pass along bad bacterial to animals if they share foods and drinks. Don't try this at any pet you are endeared to or else....

Check out this picture. You'll find out that Golden Lady PB Snakeskin is also a big time player. She adores this fellow too.
