Default Wild Discus in Planted Tank

    Hy Discus-Friends,

here are some pictures of my aquarium in my living room.

I try to get a compromise between keeping wild discus in a very clean water and on the other hand to get a "natural" impression of the tank.

I am using only white sand and green echinodorus bleherei/horizontalis.

    Best regards from Germany!

    Alex

    Hello neighbour,

Very nice looking tank. I love your aquascaping and I love that set of drawers you have your tank on. Very minimalist and white.

I give you a big thumbs up

    Thank you anybody!

Spices, I use 2 x 54 Watts T5 Lamps with ATI Superreflectors. The tubes are ATI Sun Pro.

The tank is made of high transmission glas, in Germany called opti-white glass. With no green shine in it.

Blaze, yes it is a spawning cone. Last autumn two young sweethearts tried to "mature" (pict attached). But there was some "intrigious" older one who interrupted the young couple...

This year, I think, will be the right time for "it"!

Jason (neighbour?), this drawers are 3 easy "MALM" drawers from IKEA...

    best regards from Munich/Germany
