    same here, I had to jackhammer the slab to tie into the main stack, the existing floor drain tied into the weeping tile, it could have taken on alot of water I just did'nt like the idea of dumping thousands of gallons a day around the foundation.

    Best to have floor drains attached to the storm sewer line. Mine is below grade and attaches to the weeping tiles.

    I'm planning on having two 6" diameter floor drains going into 4" pipe. those will be located in the middle of the room. Then i am going to have 6, 2" drain lines for my tanks. those will tie into the main line that the floor drains are on. The entire drain line will empty into a 10" line that handles the run off from my driveway and some of the water coming off the downspouts on the house.
