    Default Discus and Rainbows?

I believe I saw it here and other sites that some people put rainbows with their discus? Prior to owning discus I had rainbows and found them to be very active and ummmm, sorta dumb. What type of rainbows are people keeping with their discus if they are keeping them together?

I have five 1.5” rainbow fish in with my discus. They all get along fine. My rainbow fish completely leave the discus alone and visa versa. All in all they make good tank mates for discus. I have had them in my tank for around 2 years now and have not lost any.

I have 4 Discus and 5 Rainbows in my 60 gallon planted tank. My temps are 30'C.

The rainbows seem to do fine with the high temps.

That picture looks like a Praecox Rainbow. Very Beautiful fish. I had some years ago. The Blue was very vibrant.
