Thank you Angela, I'm getting really excited! Yes I am going to insulate the new wall. Not going to best the most efficient room though because I discovered the 2 outside walls aren't insulated but I'm not going to tear them out to insulate, OH Well!

The 300 gallon storage tank arrives, I never in my life thought I would be excited about a plastic container. Were all nuts!

So, you walled off the whole front of the garage? Maybe a pic from out side the garage? I am thinking of doing the exact thing.

Correct, I used the front half of the garage. built the wall right to the garage door opener. the first few pics show the whole garage.

Hey Britt very interesting?....I have a similar project under construction in my garage. I plan to have 10 55gallon tanks. Where did you get your verticle storage tank? Was it expensive? B/c I was looking at one from Jehmco and it was 259 for the 250 gallons with additional 200 for shipping...so around 460 total for a 250 gallon storage. Is that a reasonable price? thanks

No, I buy all my supplies from Jehmco but the shipping will kill you, so I buy water storage tanks from a local place. The brand of tank you want is Norwesco, go to their website and find a dealer near you and go pick it up. I paid $306 for my 300 gallon and that even included delivery of about 20 miles away! You might have to rent a truck to go get yours but still probably cheaper.

I was just wondering if you installed a door in the new wall so you still have access into the house from the garage door opening or is it a solid new wall that splits the garage?

Yes I did install a 36 inch door for getting things in there, plus fire safety. I put the door in last night and didn't realize what a pain that is.

Yes, been there done that. The fire safety garage type door can be heavy, awkward and difficult to install.

I have outlets galore! 5 double gang outlets, still won't be enough but I'll use powerstrips

The beginning of my plumbing puzzles I'm putting together. Plumbing a fishroom is insane in the membrane! My head hurts from so many drawings and measurements and trial and errors! Thanks to Andrew(Green Country Discus)many of my questions have been answered.
