"crack' in the eye

I noticed something on my discus' eye, it seems to be "cracked" and there seems to be kinda cloudy. What is this? Can this be treated? What should I do?

A pic will help, also test your water for ammonia, nitrite, nitrates and ph. It will help to know the tank stats too, size etc and the water change rouitine.

I will post a picture when I get home later today. The fish are in a 20G tank (jsut the pair), pH is 6.5, nitrates 0, 25% WC daily, 90 % weekly.
