    Default Bleed baby bleed

I am having a terrible time trying to bleed some air.
I was given a eheim professional 3 canister filter.
Wanted more flow in my 60 gallon discus tank.
I couldn't even get it primed the way eheim states.
So I managed to get everything primed to make the
filter run. But I can't seem to get the small air pocket
out of the system, and it is causing the filter to make
noise while trying to process the air. I figure I got about
2 inches of air that I can't bleed. Should I let the filter
take care of it, or is there a way to bleed the air?

    Jeff,

I have heard this before from people. The best suggestion is to empty the canister, pull the hoses and drain them. Put it all back in the tank like it is brand new. Once back in the tank, it should start syphoning by itself.

Try this link if it doesn't work.

Can you power off for about a minute or two and let water back flow and push the air out the power up?
