If anyone is looking for a good microscope I have a very good one with two eye pieces and camera to hook up to your computer rtc. Similar to that link above but different brand. I got it from big tuck when he had to get out if discus due to health.
Tim said he paid about 1200 for it.
just saw this in the Costco print ... for $300 buck - for an infrequent user, excellence value in my opinion.

I've been using an old Leitz - it was a workhorse in its day. It's tired now but works.

I find this thread very interesting but I would like to know if you have any short of manual to prepare the samples make the dyeing of tissues etc... A good tool is useless without the required skills to use it..
My new microscope will come tomorrow !
