glass cat fish?

Anyone tried these with discus? They look really fine.

I had three of them with my rainbow tank awhile back. One of them did not last long. The other two were fine.

I'm wonder if they are ok with the high temp and acid water with discus?

Not too bad for a Discus tank, not the best either!. Not a problem with the heat(up to reasonable temps ~85-86 for) As far as acid water I'm not to sure if the ph is too low, but if within reason is ok. Keep in mind they like the company of there own

I have six asian glass cats in a discus tank w/pH 6.5 and temp 85F. They have done great for over 8 mos and have grown larger than I would have thought. They are a lot of fun to watch once the light goes off...they start swimming like mad back and forth across the current and top of water looking for food. They eat frozen bloodworms, flake and tetrabits. Much like cardinals, once they are established, they seem to do very well.

P.S. They need to be in a group of at least 6 or they will pine away and die.

I was thinking of add them to my discus tank. The problem is I have 11 discus (from 3.5" to 5+")already in the 125g tank and 7 cories, two albina BN, and two bamboo shrimps. Don't think I have much bio-load room to add 6 of them.
