I had a deadbeat aquabid bidder that didnt end up picking up this young male and female red melons. They are very active, eat well and perfect red eyes. The male is 4.5" and the female is close to 4". If you are looking to invest in some discus that are further along and almost ready for breeding these will be perfect for you.

Salito..i am willing to let these beauties go at 90 bucks. Again this is a male and female, not a pair but they pretty much are inseperable.

I am in queens, you are welcome anytime to come and check them out yourself. I also have red carnations..which are about 5" in size, 2 males and one female. One 4.5" female blue diamond..really round and red eyes. Lastly i have 2 young blue diamonds about 4" in size. If you need more info please contact me at 646 533 1811

This is my 5" red carnation male, He was stretching in the pic but he has a really nice round body. All my fish have gone through QT...no parasites..dewormed.

Thanks for your input. I went to his house this past weekend and I was very impress with the size of his discus. They are huge! The price is very good. The best I've seen (even compared to the online prices) you get to see your discuss and no risk of shipping. I plan to visit him again in 3 weeks when I get 2-3 more tanks set up in my basement. He showed me his 175 gallon planted tank and it was amazing. I got some ideas from his fish room setup in the basement.

Hey it's cool to hear from a local discus person. I never heard of hidden reef. Aquarium Center is about the only place that carry discus in SJ.
