    Default moving discus

Hey guys I need your recommendations. Im buying a aquarium from my cousin and Im moving it to my house this upcoming week. The problem is the tank is 150 gallons. He has 9 large discus about 100 cardinal tetras and 30 rummy nose tetras and a few little fish I dont know but they suck on the glass kind of like a pleco. Im planning to use the water that he has in the tank already to move the fish. This is the first time I ever move a discus out of a tank. I have had discus before about 12 of them but unfortunately after a few months all died. The discus im gettin are really big about 6 7 inches. Can you guys give me any recommendation to move them? I was planning to put them in buckets with his aquarium water and plug a oxygen diffuser in so they can breath on the trip. Its roughly 40 miles from my house so its a pretty long trip.

You will be fine. I once moved 7 large discus eight hours in a very large cooler along with a power converter to run an air stone and a heater.
