Newbie to Praziquantel Powder

Hi,
I've not used Praziquantel before but would like to try it to treat for gill flukes and was hoping someone can give me some pointers or tell me if I'm going in the right direction.
I have a 60 ( US gal ) tank. I've worked out that I need 570mg as the dosage. ( I can't remember now how I came to that amount ). I've read you need to dissolve it with acetone, vodka or vinegar beforehand, even though it says on the instructions warm water will do. Would it be best to dose on days 1, 3, and 7 with water changes every other day ? For a 21 day course of treatment, would you then carry on with the same dosage on days 11, 15, 19 and so on ?
