Xtreme Aquatic Foods Cichlid Diet
We received some samples of this at the ACA, and I have to say that the fish love it!!! The first new food that the fish didn't balk at. As soon as our samples run out, I will be ordering more.
The Cichlid Crumbles are the same food... just a bit bigger pellet.
They had a listing of the ingredients at their booth, but I can't recall the specifics now. I do recall it seemed to be a well balanced diet.

But what's more important is the time that is known, as that little dash there in between.

I got a sample included with my food order from Ken's Fish. Haven't tried it yet (just got it yesterday) but now am going to have to definately give it a go and see what happens.
