Dan is this your air plumbing??? Is this pipe under the top level of the top tanks????

If so I would change that and bring it up, above your top tanks, and go down with air tubes, keep the main pipe as high as possible.

If once the power goes down, air gone, you got a big change the water "vacumes" to your main air pipe. and drains your tanks.

    Rest looks good so far.

Dan. Use exterior paint in your room. More expensive but well worth it. Think about what they put in it to combat mositure outside.
A trick a painter gave me long ago. He uses it in clients bathrooms.

    Hans,

That was temporary air pipes while I was remodeling the room. It is now up above. Do the racks look familiar...I used a lot of what you had done in your fish room.

    Greg,

I used exterior paint in the past with an additive called M1 to cut down on mildew. The problem was that I had a lot of leaks from my drainage system of my old room. A lot of water would puddle at the end of one wall. I was using gutters underneath my tanks (Bad idea). I now changed it out to be completely closed via the use of PVC 100%.

    Al,

I am to picky...With a 4 day vacation in CT we would not even finish cleaning the tanks....Let alone drilling all your tanks.

But for a few Albino's who knows how fast I could work

Lately I have been very busy at work. I am a Store Manager at Walgreens so Christmas time is very busy for me.

I just purchased a new camera so I will try to take some pic this weekend.

    Hi Dan,

    Really nice set up.

I would like to build the same set up. I 'm just wondering can you let me know the measurements of the stand (lenght x depth x height) I would like to know how many inches
above ground level for the first layer of tanks. What kind of wood did you use ?
Your kind knowledge is much appreciated.
    Cheers
    Francis
