hi everyone,
need help. got 3 juv discuss about 2.5 to 3in.
somebody selling me a 4to4.5 in. discus.
my question is will they fight or will they be aggressive to each other. size of my thank is about 80 gals.

Well your tank is big enough to have all of them, as of getting along you will never know until they are added. Make sure before you add any discus that you QT them before you put them together.

I would QT them for 4 to 6 weeks. After that period if you don't experience any problems I would take one discus from your established tank and add it to your QT tank with the other discus for a week or two. If that one discus is doing great and is not showing any signs of being sick, then you can add all the fish together.

The reason for this is because if there is something wrong with your new discus then you are only taking a chance on one discus coming down with something instead of a whole tank of them.

bb= bare bottom
lfs= local fish store
