PVC breeding Stand

Hi All

Anyone have any good ideas on how to make a PVC breeding tower/cone? How to make it stable and what parts work best for the larger base?

Bryan,

You can make these out of various sizes of PVC. All you need is a PVC cap, a length of PVC pipe and a reducer for the base.

I once saw PVC breeding stands that were simply lengths of 1 1/2" pipe about 10" long with two suction cups one one side of the pipe. They stuck to the glass.

The idea being that they didn't collect debris around the base, since there was none, and they could be set at a slight angle which some fish prefer.
