    Default high voltage solenoid valve

If you use 120VAC solenoid valve to automate water change, are you ever concerned that it would electrocute your fish?

The valve would not be in the water and the hose between the valve and the tank is an insulater. The water would conduct electricity to some extent but if it's wired correct and properly grounded there is no reason to worry. Don T.
