A friend sent me this article to tease me about my planted tanks. It's pretty cute.

Well I just think everyone should have had that one tank with the sunkin ship, the bubble treasure chest and fake plants at on point!!

Plastic plants....Twice as expensive and dont reproduce nearly as fast as real ones.

I never did have the bubble tresure chest...but I used to think it was cute many years ago.

It's OK, it's all part of the 12 step program, admitting to owning fake plants is the 1st step.

Well then I think I have gotten to step 11...

step 1..I confessed
step 2..I realized just how ashamed I was
step 3. I threw em in the trash
step 4..I bought live plants
step 5..I grew alot of algae
step 6..I got c02
step 7..I defeated the algae
step 8..Grew an gave away alot of plants
step 9..Discovering I really like discus
step 10..Getting discus from a great source
step 11..Growing out those discus the best ya can

Step 12.. Puttin those discus in a nice planted 125G tank.

I am almost there!!

I'm stuck on number 5....and nervously considering moving to number 6.

its a nice artical, it also makes a lot of sense, I need to try the grafting with the 3 fake plants I have. I wonder if they grafting will work with real plants.
