Food Spitting

Ok, here we go again. New fish, new problem. Hopefully it is recognized, I believe I have read about it already. My BD acts hungry, I feed, he inhales it, then spits it right back out. I have tried BW, Brine Shrimp, BH, flake. He is getting really skinny and might be sick. Help please, again.

Could be many things from hex/spiro, other internal flagellates, bacterial and nematodes. This is a common symptom. More info would help, eye colour and condition (bright dull clouded speckled) gill colour, any necrotic holes around the face or lateral line, fish behaviour etc.
