Default odd tilting behavior after medicating

Had a bout with flukes followed by a secondary fungal infection....seem to have taken care of both pretty well.

I have a 5" red turq who has been who for the most part acts normal ...eating well, no scratching or heavy breathing. The only sign he had anything wrong is a sore on his right side and a healing right fin. Every few minutes he leans face up and then puts his right side/sore side up. Also, sometimes he does this 'tilt' and another discus will 'peck' at his side, specifically in the sore area. I've tried to get some pics but every time I approach the tank he pops right back up and is attentive.

He's been doing this for a few days and I'm starting to get a bit worried. Water is good, 84 w/ tablespoon salt/gallon to help control the fungus.

Any ideas? As always, I appreciate any thoughts you all have.

ok....now I have two discus doing it....head pointed up, almost like there they're tied down at the caudal fin. Any thoughts? I've searched this board and haven't found anything.
