I looked through Dick Au's newest book Trophy Discus. He gives some detailed information about what to look for when judging discus, using his judging form. It's in the two chapters Selecting show-quality discus and Judging criteria and methods. If you don't have the book and want to learn about judging discus I suggest you buy a copy of it. I don't know what the book sells for, because I bought mine when NADA did a group buy and we all received a discount.
