It's an Andrew Soh product, from what I can work out it is a blend of vitamins and minerals, from the taste and smell there is VitB complex in there plus others. As a vitamin/mineral supplement for our fish it is hard to beat imo.

and theres another formula to induce and increase spawning?
Pro More it's called, and ime it works.

    Thumbs up Re: Pro Gro

I use ProGro and like it. Better yet, my discus like it. Unclerick666 on AB is where I get mine.

I've always wanted to try Andrews Pro-Mor on my breeding pairs but don't know anyone that sells it in the US. It's a bit pricy to order direct from Andrew with shipping added. Does anyone know how much mix the the 30gram pkg will make?

    Joe,
If we lived in the same area it would work. But I don't know how we'd do it as is. It would have to be shipped from Andrew to one of us in the US, and again to anyone else who wanted some.
which would bring the shipping charges back up again.
