Is it safe to use crazy glue for bonding air line tubing and Pipe?

No you don't want to use crazy glue, if you want to bond things together I would use aquarium silicone instead. Crazy glue will give off chemicals in your water and over a period of time will soften up as well.

    Actually, It doesn't.
Crazy glue and it's generic equivalents are aquarium safe. They are used to glue coral pieces to rockwork in reef tanks. It will also cure underwater. The gel tends to work better in submerged applications IME.

Will it bond the tubing? Don't know. Give it a shot
