If i use the Coralife 24" Lunar AquaLight Fixture - 2 x 65W for my light can i use the brightest light all day long? I know for sw you only have it on for an hour or two... so can i only use it for an hour or two with the discus I also bought a moonlight but i was wondering if the Two built in 3/4W LED Lunar Lights are moonlights?

Your total lighting cycle will be determined by a few factors.
Will you have plants in this tank? IF so you'll want a 10 hour 'day' lighting cycle. If no plants then i'd say 4-6 hour total 'day' cycle.
will you be keeping the actinic lamps in play? or just swaping out for white spectrum (6700k-10000K lamps)
If you stay with the actinics, get yourself a couple timers and do the full dawn/daylight/dusk/moonlight cycle. 1 hr actinic(dawn), then white+ actinic(main day), then last hour actinic only(dusk), then LED only for moonlight
in general terms - within the hobby and the trade - moonlights = LED
