I know of none. I tried to get one going in the SD area a few years back when I was living in Carlsbad. I tried to get another one going in the OC\LA area when I moved to OC and although people say "Yes, let's start one", when it comes down to it, no one wants to do anything about it.

There is a good local SD aquarium club that meets once a month in Balboa. That is a good place to start. Maybe you can get people in the club interested. There is also the COAST club that meets in Costa Mesa...

Let me know if you get people interested. I for one would be willing to take part.

I am from San Diego and would be interested in starting a discus club. There are a couple of people I know in the SDTFS that keep discus and might be interested. Maybe ncyracer, you and I could do a mini tank tour to get started.
