    Default Newly Acquired Albino Pairs

Hello All. I recently acquired two Albino Discus proven pairs from a gentleman who was moving and could not take the discus with him. They are originally from Tony at Sunrisetropicals and were acquired for a fraction fo the cost that he sold them for. I hope you like them as much as I do.

I normally don't care for albino discus, but these are nice.

Thank You all for your positive comments. I have had them a week now getting them settled in their breeder tanks. Tomorrow I will start the RO/Tap water, slowly lowering the PH and hardness. Keep you fingers crossed for me and hopefully Ill have some of their fry to sell here on Simply in the future.

I have a question. I have never seen pictures of albino pairs raising fry. I have seen many albino pairs sold as proven though. Is it possible to have albino fry to attach to albino parents or when a pair is claimed to be proven does that mean they have hatched out fry and they were raised by foster parents. Just curious. Does anyone have pictures they can post of an albino pair raising fry.

Thanks Mark. Im still partial to my WB's although it seems as though my current interest has turned to albino strains.
