VERY nice Nicole! should look even better once the plants grow in a bit!

BTW, are you using actinic lights? Because it looks very blue.

Pfft expert or not its not their tank to look at. Keep what you like don't let anyone else influence you in that way. As long as the fish are healthy and you like them then its only got to pass the test of your eyes! At least IMO.

Tank looks great, discus to too. Looks like sand? How are the plants and sand working out? (I assume they are real plants.)

Thanks everyone yes they are actinic until I receive my new lightbulbs.
The sand is really nice silica sand made the plants easy to cover.
Only had the plants in there since last night but they seem fine and the fish like them.
Lol francis they are the same pictures from bca
Can't wait till the plants grow in I know it'll look alot better

Nice tank Nicole but hide those heaters...they completely take away from the look of the tank. Same with the filter intake

Hi, Francis had one way, another way is to move them vertically into the corners; the same with the filter intake. There should be enough circulation within the tank to keep temps even throughout the tank.

This is one of the reasons I love sumps, all that gear is down there

Same here only one tube in my tank. Didn't have any but just added a spray bar to the bottom of mine.
