    I'd have said Lebanese...but the two have a lot in common...bet you know what a jaharsh is eh?

    The Maltese language is derived from many others..mainly Italian, Arabic/Lebanese, and English.
    You've got me stumped though on what 'jaharsh' is...Please tell.
    or maybe a clue? How is it pronounced?

    Thanks Duncan. Yes the challenge was very exciting! it had plenty of highs and also a few lows.I enjoyed it immensely and learnt lots.

    Thanks for your comment. Yes l was surprised that they didn't mind a foreign object in their tank..Maybe its just that they were so use to me being in there all the time. It was actually an Olympus 770sw digital camera.
