    Bison steaks are EXTREMELY lean but they are also INSANELY pricey. Since I only have one group of fish at the moment, its worth it. And these fish will jump out of the tank to eat it from my hands. LOL

    True! I use the little steaks though, and run it through my meat grinder with shrimp, mussels and tuna.

    For pellets you can grind up sera pellets in it or use a high protein flake like prime reef flakes. As for the pro line vitamins yea you can add it to the mix. That's what it's for
