Default Gills widely open, bacterial issues

On another post with the same title almost, somethings were stated if it was a bacterial issue possibly. If it was a bacterial issue ,what would be the best cure(medicine ) and could that medicine be used in conjuction with other meds too? Is there a definite difference in the gill tissue coloration it was flukes verses bacterial? Any replies would greatly be appreciated.

I would like to know more about De-Los medication. Never heard of it, and would like some opinions of it.
