Is this normal???

I have this pair in my 20 gallon. They had spawned and had babies before from the breeder I bought it from(not with me yet). They keep fighting I don't know if you call that fighting like locking lipss, pushing each other. Or maybe they want to spawn? They don't eat like normal they just like to dance or fight with each other. What should I do? should I seperate them or is it just normal?
