Yup, and just think, two weeks ago you could have bought this pair for $395. Personally, mine are priceless at this time.

Well, I wouldn't sell my contest discus for a million dollars, ha ha
At least until the contest ends.
I saw this ad on Aquabid, $1500 for golden albino pair.
Now how much did we pay for these nice discus from Al, Kenny and Forrest ? Makes me appreciate what I got more than ever.
But the best part of the whole deal is being able to share all year the pictures and comments with the good people on Simply Discus. A fun contest.
Grow em big guys and yer looking at almost 5 grand.

In my opinion, $395.00 is the correct price for a gold albino pair. I believe the high price tag in this case is because the albino fry attached to this pair which very rarely happens. All in all, the contest participants received some VERY NICE discus that would not have been cheap to say the least. Have fun growing them and I look forward to watching them mature.

$395 is still good money for two discus in my book. Mine priceless too Kirk,, I tell them " You're Winnas" each morning. They are just too fun.
Hi Bob, I noticed the white background but it seems most of the fry are attached to the lightest colored of the two in the picture.

It'd be great to get that kind of dough and help support SD.
Mine are also priceless. I am eager to see how these colors develop over the next year.

Never to old to learn
This pair looks familiar.
I think, I know too
looks familiar?
Fab pair in that pic! The Contestants may all just have some stunners like that! If they are double in size does that mean they are double the price!
