Not as involved as some tanks..........but I like it

Simple silica sand, coarse Sand blasting sand.........well rinsed and a very fine white sand I picked up from the pet store. About a 2:1 mix.

The wood is from Manzanita Burlworks

AND I like it too. You may not have seen my question to you on the other post, so I'll ask again. That background is seriously cool. Where'd you get it if you don't mind?

I got it off of Ebay...

Search for "Ocean Sea Blue/Driftwood Aquarium Background"

The Ebay store that is selling it has multiple sizes for a wide variety of tanks

    Thanks!

Nice tank Rick. The retaining walls make it look like your fish are strolling around someone's backyard. :-)

Rick........I like that tank as well!!!! That retaining wall is pretty slick and took some time to put together I am sure.

JRod.... FYI, use SeaView to help adhere the background to the glass. You can get it from the same guy that is selling the background or at your LFS. After using the stuff I had several bubbles between the glass and the background, which you can see in the picture. The easiest way I found to get rid of them was to use a credit card edge to move the bubbles to the edge. Not sure if this is common knowledge.....but I thought I would offer it up....
