Hey congrats buddy, i can only hope to oneday raise my own fry
I do what I must do, to do what I wish to do!

Glad to see you have another batch of fry. I can't wait till' I get a pair going and can breed mine. Do you do water changes when they are this little? Must be hard if you do...
Take care,
Connor
Thanks Connor, yes I do water changes. The tank is a 55 gallon, divided with Poret Foam from Hans. I gently clean the tank bottom and sides with a sponge and then gravity drain the all the debris. Right now, its easy because the fry are all attached to dad, so they go where he goes. I am only doing 50% changes during this time, but as they start eating other foods, I will increase the water changes to 50% twice daily.
Take care,
Eddie
Great pics! That BS is one good dad!

Thanks Bro, just enjoying my fishes. Dads a keeper, thats for sure. Down the road I hope to pair him up with my new female Blue Turq (German Line). She's in QT and doing well. She was a little banged up but nothing I can't take of in a day or 2.
Take care and the best with yours!
Eddie
Wow! That guy is COVERED with fry! Best of luck with the little guys.

5 days old, they have been feeding on Golden Pearls 50-100 micron starting on day 3 and today they are now feeding on 200-300 micron. My method to keep the GP floating throughout the water column, is to use a a decent size airstone, pushing alot of air at the center of the tank. Barely anything lays on the floor. Hard to see, but the second picture shows the GP in the bellies.
Great video Eddie!!! I like the dad a lot, and you're right he is doing really well!!!
Very nice!!!!!!!!
Yasmin
