Hendri, April 17 & 18 at That Fish Place. Looks like a great sale not just tanks.
    Thanks Kenny

At those prices, you might want to line up nephews, nieces & neighborhood teenagers, put cash in their hands, pay 'em to stand in line with you...

5 people, 15x 75 gal tanks... $1125+ tax... what'll you do for tops?

    John,
i like the way you think I believe i have 4 people lined up so far. this is exceeding my expectations.I could use some 90's too. may 12 75's and 3 90's. I think Van said he has some tops for sale. if not i will have them cut out of 1/4" glass. This is turning out to be a good week. I am hoping everything with the new house goes smooth tomorrow, inspection time.

Hope it went well with the casa...

3/16" glass would probably do well, save a little bit of $.

This looks like a better deal on hinge material than most-

Backstrips are more problematical- might be able to avoid them entirely having the back corners dogged off.

I recently used a whetstone to smooth the edges of freshly cut glass- worked great...

Thanks for the link John. All went well today, things are looking good with the house. now i just have to figure the tank mix. i want to get rid of all my 55's and just have 4 tank sizes to deal with, 10's, 20's,25's and 75's. I will keep a few tanks outside the room, one 180 display and 2 QT. i am hoping all goes good with the tank sale on the 17th.

    Exclamation Re: looking for tanks

    FWIW-
I just got the promo flyer in the mail for the sale @ ThatFishPlace(Lancaster,Pa).They only list 3 sizes @ 1$ a gallon rate-55/70/90g. tanks only.

They have a huge sale going on, but only limited size tanks @ that rate.

Still worth the trip for anyone in the area on 4/17,18/2010.

    Peace,
    Rob
