All three are still laying down. Am doing a large water change now. Should i treat with metrodinazole? If so, for how long and dosage?

The chequerboard died. Changed 90% water to begin with. The first two to lie down are still the same. Is it ok to hold off the Tetra bits or should I continue feeding? So far have given a salt dose only to the tank.
    Please advice.:

Very sorry to hear. I am also at a loss. Not exactly sure what it is but my guess is the water or toxin in the water. Sorry I cannot be of more help.

An update. I had QT the 3 discuss that were down and started metrodinazole treatment. The 6" discus that fell ill most recently and was agitated died. The oldest two to fall ill are still hanging on.
I only hope something good happens from now.
Thank you everyone for giving an ear.
