I ordered 5 cones. Barb sent me the cones the day after the payment was made. Barb wrapped the cones nicely and carefully with bubble wrap and newspaper inside the cones - couldn't do any better than that. One cone was broken due to FedEx mishandling of the package. I informed Barb. Barb offered refund or another cone on him. BTW, My fish love the cone and my paired laid eggs the next day.
