Power to magic !!lol
i usually divide fighting pair for 2-3 days and they get alone just fine
best of luck Eddie , gorgeous pair !
Just thought I'd get this thread going as I do quite a bit of force pairing. My Albino Red Diamonds just can't stop fighting so I decided to remove the female and added one of my Domestic RSG females. She has laid eggs in the community tank without a male so I know she can produce. The male was beating the piss out of her so I had to toss together a pretty sturdy tank divider made of vinyl fencing and air line tubing on the sides to hold it place. Worked like a charm. As soon as these 2 get their differences worked out, they'll get to make some magic.

We're here for a good time...not a long time..
Careful with domestic violence, someone might report them......
Thanks Vera, they seem to have calmed down a bit. They swim against the guard up and down to be with each other but the male still nips at her every now and again. I'll pull the guard in a day or 2 if they keep calm. I picked this female because she has more rings than spots. Her shape is not to my liking but we'll see what happens.
Take care!
Eddie
LMAO!!! thats pretty good man.....LOL, had me laughing good!
Great pics Eddie! Time out or jail time, hope it works for them! Love that cone! Best of luck with em,
Barb
Shape is fairly typical certainly of the older strains of domestic RSG, from memory they derive from wild RSG's and these tend to have a more pronounced forehead. Lovely rings on her too, but my experience is these most likely will not get passed on, at least in any great numbers.

Comfortably numb.
Should be a nice pairing with some potential. Good luck!
