Good question. The same for my Discus. Does any pellets ?
Levamisole is a water treatment.
Fenbendazole it to mix with food, if your fish are eating.
Flubendazole, IF would be great if we could get here in the States easily and for a reasonable price, but it's unlikely, but I'm working on it.
So in short, Levamisole is your best choice IMO!

Commenting on a 5 year old thread!
I see many of the same members are still active on this forum, great to see!

Metro works well for me when they stop eating. Though still new to discus keeping, I found it better to treat sooner than later.
If you're talking about the AngelsPlus fenbendazole flake, some go for it but others aren't that crazy about it.
In general my Discus tend to like it well enough for it to be effective, maybe yours' just need some time to get used to it. Garlic is added to get them to go for it. Most of the foods on the AngelsPlus website site the "10 second" rule regarding their antibiotic flakes, meaning that after 10 seconds the water soluble antibiotic will dissipate into the water making the flake ineffective, though still pretty nutritious. With the Fenbendazole flake they describe the fenbendazole as being "less water soluble" giving the drug more staying power in the flake but exactly what that means in regard to time and effectiveness if not consumed immediately isn't exactly clear.
I generally have been using PraziPro (Praziquantal) for deworming and then after resting the fish for a few days will feed them the above mentioned Fenbendazole flake.
I purchased some commercial grade Levamisol from Ebay but don't know the dose or the procedure to use it yet and will need to do some research. I understand it can be pretty nasty if overdosed.
