    Default new marine tank

i'm thinking of starting a 125 gal fish only marine tank next month.

anyone got a good suggestion for a forum. i'm not planning to do a reef.

    Question Re: new marine tank

also, i'd like to keep a purple tang as well as a yellow. my question is: if i want to minimize the fighting, which should go in first, and which should be bigger. i'm guessing the purple should be smaller and go in last but would like to check with someone that has some experience in these matters.

reefcentral is still the best forum for saltwater regardless of keeping a reef or not, also I recomend joining a local club for best places to buy quality stock, equipment, etc.

If you introduce them both together to a new tank you should be fine, if you do it on different times, always make sure the second tang is bigger than the established one.

IMO, Adding them together is the least risky option!

ok. tank and stand have arrived in the mail. i figure it will take 2 months before the first fish goes in. (complex setup and plumbing and then cycle time).
