Default Holes in head.. diagnosis help please, medications.

This fish is a leopard ss x wild green cross if that helps. I know discus naturally have holes in their heads, and I know they should be somewhat uniform if they are natural. I also know about hole in head disease, but have never delt with it.

I noticed the white spots first. i think they are actually tiny holes. you can also see alot of larger holes. I have no idea if I am just freaking out about nothing of not, but the white spots were not noticable yesterday. I am not positve that the little white spots are holes or not, the picture shows more than I can see holding him in front of my face.

    PLEASE help!

Fish is in emergency tank, have an as directed dose of formalin and mach green dose in emergency tank.

I also Had a small out break of white spot last week. (Ick, 2 spot on 3 fishes tailfins and 1 on anothers tail fin.) I had that cured, treated extra 5 days after I could see no more white spots. this fish did have 2 white spots on its tail for 2 days and they have been gone about 6 days.

    PLEASe aprove this pic fast.
