    WOW! That guy just keeps on going, and going, and going... I have had the priveledge of talking on the phone with him but would love to see him speek and talk face to face.

    He's a great guy, not only for his knowledge of Discus but his personality is wonderful. He's really one of the nicest men in the Discus world I know and have talked to many times.

    We're gonna do the interviews for this year on video which will be available at www.dph.nl and www.discus.info. As soon as the interviews are online I'll post here and on our FaceBook page.

    It looks like im gonna make it ! will get visa by the end of the months therefore will go for 2 days only from 1 to 3 October , happy happy anyway

    That's the easy bit ... the train service is second to none and very cheap! BIDKA have a stand there too so pop by and say hello - it is stand 36C

    Fortunately most people seem to speak and understand English, if all goes to plan we will have coffee on the stand

    Thats what i call well planned event lol
    it seems the place of the show is quite remoted from all the hotels

    Hi Vera,

    As I understood well the train connection Duesseldorf - Duisburg is great. I personally haven't been on that train before so listen to others. The station in Duisburg is very central and all the hotels are gathered around there. Depending on the hotel it's max. 5 minutes walking.
    The location of the show location is indeed quite remoted from the center. But a lot of Discus people are there by car and if you ask friendly most of them will give you a lift. Unfortunatly for you all seats of my car have been taken..
