    Default 350 penguin problems

ok I have a penguin 350 that when you start it up it runs great for about 2 to 5 minutes then it seems to suck air from somewhere.I like the filter and I have replaced it but I was wondering if anyone has run in to this problem and what you did to fix it other than get another one.Any info would be great.
I did clean the whole entire thing out and scrubbed all the internal pieces.

Sometimes lifting and lowering the intake tube gets her going.
